WHAT IS AN INCOME REPORT?

I create these income reports so you can see inside my business and what scaling an online business looks like. I know running a business can be terrifying at times, it’s a scary thrilling adventure where we aren’t getting a lot of guidance. These income reports are meant to help you navigate entrepreneurship as you grow alongside of me!

MILESTONE #1 –

We have officially onboarded 3 new team members, 3 coaches, and outsourced to two others this month. Which means I am having to step back from the do-er role and into my role as the CEO. Before this, I did so much of the day to day, and now that we have so many people doing those day to day tasks, my job is to manage these employees and maintain our culture as a company. My job is to teach them to be leaders; to uphold our company values and to follow our manifesto.

MILESTONE #2 –

With the start of the new year and the new decade, I have been thinking a lot about where I want this company to go from here. I have been thinking about how I want to scale and what my targets are for 2020, and while I was thinking all this over, I noticed that I began to attach emotions to everything. I got anxious and scared. I started thinking about when I just started this company and was able to scale from $0 to $36,000 without that fear and anxiety. From all this deep thought, I have decided to retrain my brain and my attitude to make scaling fun again. I am ready to put all the pressure aside and just have fun growing my business.

MILESTONE #3 –

Along with adding so many new members to our team, I am having to learn each person’s capacity ceiling. Each person works at a different pace and difficulty is relative. So what is challenging to one team member, may be a breeze for another. This is where I really have to step up as the CEO of this company and make sure my team has a full schedule but they aren’t being worked to death. I am learning how to balance each role and each personality of my team members.
